the way you shine like the sun?
the way you make everyone around you glow brighter?

and that guys are dicks..
always have been dicks..
and always WILL be dicks

they don't matter.
they don't define you.
nothing can define your beauty, inside or outside.

not a boy, not a word, not a picture.

you define yourself.

for me,

it's just funny
how

opinions can change
so quickly

like a dandelion in the grass,
together and strong
is altered
with just one breath of air

and is forever different

a dandelion is my opinion of you
together, and strong
but then the wind blows,

and

you are no longer that dandelion to me.
instead, something different and foreign.


sometimes
all we need is that breath of air,

to expose the monster inside our dandelion

and everything changes.
